Learn how to easily make healthy and sustainable cosmetic products at home and which chemicals harm your skin and body.
Our first workshop takes place on Tuesday, August 20th, at 5:30 pm, when you learn to create your own natural deodorant.
The second workshop, on Friday, August 23rd, at 2 pm, focuses on the use of regenerative plants in skin care and of teas and herbal infusions in different medical conditions. You'll also learn how to replace fluoride and other harmful ingredients in toothpaste with natural alternatives.
The third workshop is scheduled for Saturday, August 24th, at 10 am, when we go through the best Portuguese plants for oils and plant extractions in use in cosmetics and aromatherapy.
