PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We may, without prior notice, change the products; stop providing the products or create limits for the availability of our products. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Ordering through our website constitutes your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
All offers and promotions are limited to stock on hand.
PRICES
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. They include VAT, but exclude any costs associated with the delivery. These costs will be added to the final cost after the selection of the delivery method and be clear at the moment of confirming / validating the order.
We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY
Sente Senas Naturais accepts the following payment methods:

Payment information is processed securely. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols. In case of payment by bank transfer, Sente Senas Naturais needs to receive proof of payment by email before starting to prepare the order.
SHIPPING
Orders from Portugal take between 2 and 7 working days after online payment or after receiving payment confirmation to arrive. Orders from elsewhere in Europe may take up to 10 working days. We do our best to deliver to other continents within a reasonable time frame. However, the exact delivery date depends on the destination.
Sente Senas Naturais might need up to 5 working days to ship an order if the products are not available in stock. In case of payment by bank transfer, Sente Senas Naturais needs to receive proof of payment by email before starting to prepare the order.
Packages to Portugal Continent take 1 working day following shipment to arrive at destination. On the delivery day the customer will receive a text message to inform them of the delivery time slot. In case the shipment fails, the delivery company will make two other attempts to deliver the package.
In case all three attempts fail, the customer will need to pay the delivery cost to return the package to our shop.
Registered packages to Portugal Islands take 1-2 working days following shipment to arrive at destination and the Portuguese post service CTT assumes full responsibility for the delivery. In case of delays, please get in touch with us to check the delivery status.
Orders from elsewhere in Europe and the rest of the world are registered. For international destinations, the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Payment of these will be necessary to release the goods from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise on how much these costs may be.
INVOICES
Customers who require an invoice need to add their taxpayer number in the Invoices & Special Requests field before adding the payment details.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Sente Senas Naturais accepts returns only in case of incorrect orders or damaged products upon delivery. Clients need to send photos of the damaged products by email at sentesenasnaturais@gmail.com shortly after delivery. Sente Senas assumes the cost of return and will send the products immediately after receiving the returned ones. Items must be in the original condition.
Sente Senas Naturais doesn't accept exchanges or returns of products that have already been used, are in good condition or respect the customer order.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Our products are not meant to diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Please use your judgement to decide whether our products are good for your body and see a doctor before using them in case you consider it necessary. Our products don't have a medical or cosmetics certification.
We recommend running an allergy test on first use. Never use our products if you risk suffering an anaphylactic shock to any of our ingredients. We don't assume responsibility in case of any allergic reactions.
PREFERENCE OF LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Portugal, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Lisbon, Portugal. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
Sente Senas Naturais isn't responsible in case its services and products are illegal in the countries where orders are made.
